Vanessa Perkins is the CEO and Co-Owner of Nessley Care, LLC. Before becoming the named CEO and Co-owner in April 2017, In 2013 Vanessa worked as a subcontracted Community Choice Guide, where she helped find housing placement for hundreds of men and women in Washington State. Vanessa also worked for Verizon Wireless as Customer Financial Service Representative and a Teacher Assistance for Yolo County School District. Vanessa earned an MA and BA in Christian Counseling from Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible School.

John Perkins
Owner / CEO
John Perkins is the CEO and Co-Owner of Nessley Care, LLC. Before becoming a part owner and CEO in April 2017, John was a supervisor at the Department of Health Services, where oversaw one of many teams responsible for processing Food and Medical benefits for the State of Washington. He also served 22 years in the US Army, where he served and supervised men and women both foreign and domestic; before retiring in 2008.John earned an MBA from Keller School of Management, with a concentration in Human Resource and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainability Management from DeVry University.
